FAQ

Q: How will my order arrive?

A: You will receive your order either via our Direct Delivery Service or an Independent Shipping Agents. The size and weight of your online purchase are factored into your total billing charge.

Direct Delivery- Hugolistic Global Services will deliver items one of two ways; directly from an independently owned and operated Store (depending on the store proximity to the final destination) or via an Independent shipping agent for those outside Lagos State.

After you place your order, you will be contacted (typically within two(2) to five (5) business days) to schedule home delivery, if you are within the Lagos axis, and two(2) to Fourteen(14) Outside Lagos State. Please arrange for someone to be present when the truck arrives. We understand timing is important, so if you need to reschedule the date, contact us as soon as possible at the phone number listed in your order confirmation: 08055535593 or via email info@hugolisticglobalservices.com We request a 48-hour notice if you want to reschedule or cancel delivery. You may incur an additional fee if you reschedule less than 48 hours prior to delivery, or if no one is home when the delivery team arrives. If delivery does not take place within 15 days of the original scheduled delivery date, the order may be treated as a cancelled order.

Independent Shipping Agents- These agents are used to ship items to other parts of Nigeria aside Lagos State. They do not offer home delivery nor cash on delivery(COD)services. As a result, orders from outside Lagos state have to be prepaid and also because we do not have offices in these states.

Q: How do I know when my items are arriving?

A: In Direct Delivery orders, typically around two to five business days after purchase, you will receive email notifications on the status of your order and our delivery service team will contact you and schedule a delivery time at your convenience. They will also call you the day before delivery to further confirm the delivery time and date.
In an Independent Shipping Agent delivery, orders would arrive within 14 business days. Upon arrival of your consignment(s), the agent will contact you to come to their depot with a means of Identification to claim your goods.

Q: Can I get my orders delivered the same day?

A: For same day delivery, the order has to be placed before 9.00AM. However, this depends on the product ordered and the location for delivery. Below are lists of locations that are covered by the same day delivery service.
Ikeja and its environs.
Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi and its environs.

Q: What about hidden costs?

A: There are no extra costs or additional dispatch charges, except for bulk orders. The price listed on the website is the final price, what you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive, except for corporate clients that would require inclusion of Withholding Tax and VAT to be applied to the total order value.

Q: Can orders be shipped internationally?

A: At the moment Hugolistic Global Services doesn’t deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you’ll have to ensure the delivery address is within Nigeria.

Q: Do You Have A Showroom?

A: Yes, but for the ease and convenience of our shoppers, we have uploaded all available products on our web store so that they can shop from the comfort of the home, office or anywhere with just a click. However, some Products/items are not displayed in our showroom due to their size

Q: Where Do You Source Your Products?

A: Our products are sourced locally and internationally from Nigeria, Malaysia, Germany, China and the USA.

Q: Do You Offer Delivery Service?

A: Yes, we do offer delivery service within Lagos state. For locations outside these states, we engage independent haulage companies that are quite affordable, but they do not offer home delivery service. You will be notified on arrival to come pick up your consignment from their depot. They offer an average of about a week from pick up to drop off depending on distance.

Q: Do You Offer Cash On Delivery (COD)

A: A: Yes depends on the quantity, we do for Lagos state customers. For other states, we offer CASH BEFORE DELIVERY (CBD), due to our lack of physical presence in the states.

Q: Can I Place Orders For Products Over N100,000 On Cash On Delivery?

A: Our company policy says that orders over an N100,000 have to be confirmed by paying a commitment deposit of 75% before delivery.This applies ONLY
to Lagos state customers

Q: Do You Offer Warranty On Your Products?

A: We offer manufacturer defect warranty for 3 months. After the warranty period, we encourage our customers to still reach out to us, should they have any defect aside from normal wear and tear as a result of years of usage. The essence is also to advise them on how to salvage their product rather than buy new ones.

Q: How Will My Order Arrive?

A:  You will receive your order through our Direct Delivery Service if you are within Lagos State or via our shipping logistics partners for locations outside Lagos states. Note, our logistic partners do not offer home delivery service. Should you require this service, you can negotiate with them, but it would be an extra fee to deliver to your home from their depot in your state on arrival. The amount you have paid to us for shipment covers from our warehouse to our logistics partner’s terminal in the rest of the country.
After placing your order, you will be contacted to schedule home delivery, If within Lagos state. Please arrange for someone to be present when the truck arrives. For other states, our logistic partners will contact you upon arrival of your consignment to come to their depot with a means of identification and collect your shipment.

Q: How Do I know When My Items Are Arriving?

They will also call you the day before delivery to confirm the delivery time and date further.

Q: How do I Shop at your store?

A: Step 1: Click on the product and add to cart, then check out.

Step 2: Follow the steps by imputing your name, email shipping address information,

Step 3: Shipping Method – choose if it is within Lagos or outside Lagos state. Note, if, outside Lagos state, you will have to pay 100% of the total value of the order before it is valid for shipping.

Step 4: Proceed to payment method by selecting either bank deposit or cash on delivery (C.O.D), you then complete the order process. An email will be sent to your registered email address to confirm your order.

Step 5:  A customer care officer will contact you to confirm your order details and to find out when you want it delivered if you are located in Lagos or outside Lagos.
